Metzo Noosa Resort, Noosaville

We had a wonderful stay at the resort, appreciating its cleanliness and the friendly nature of the management. The heated pool was a highlight, especially during the cool weather. However, the numerous emails regarding check-out procedures felt overwhelming at times, which slightly detracted from our relaxation. Overall, it was great value for money with a fantastic location close to eateries and activities.

The hotel has a fantastic location close to the river and a great selection of local cafes and restaurants. The apartments are spacious and nicely decorated, which adds to a comfortable stay. However, the constant reminders about cleaning up were overwhelming, and the road noise from outside made it hard to relax. Overall, while it's a good value, it could use some improvements in the service approach.
